How do I provide the source video for dubbing?
Upload via our secure file transfer, share a Google Drive or Dropbox link, or send via WeTransfer. We accept MP4, MOV, and most common video formats.
Can I request specific pronunciation or regional accent?
Yes. Tanzania Swahili is our standard, which is the formal broadcast-quality dialect. Within that, we can adjust pace, warmth, and formality. Just describe the tone in your brief.
What if I need revisions?
Standard includes 1 revision, Premium includes 2. For dubbing projects, revisions are defined per the project scope. We're flexible — if a small change is needed we typically accommodate it without counting it as a formal revision.
Do you add background music or sound effects?
Background music and basic sound effects are available on Custom-tier projects. For Standard and Premium voice-only orders, we deliver clean voice recordings only — you can add music on your end.
